Different materials can be used for the production of dome labels, such as transparent foil, metal foil, white vinyl, magnetic foil and even metal. Dome labels can be printed in any colour, to achieve a beautiful and distinctive product. By embossing the base material first, an extra dimension is added to the label. To identify your product a barcode or 2D code is the ideal solution. Often barcode labels are used in combination with a human readable number / code. Harsh environments where chemicals and temperature affect the barcode label you need a barcode label which is extra durable to guarantee a proper scan. Because the barcode is printed into the skin of the aluminum, the label is scratch-proof and very durable. Because the barcode labels are produced using a digital printing technique, you can also add your company logo in the desired color.

Barcode labels with ascending numbering or different numbering schemes and codes using Excel lists are no problem. Also, the 2D codes like Data Matrix, QR Code and the IUID labels for the defense can be produced without any problem.

The possibilities are e.g.:

Also important is the fixation of the barcode label, it is possible to use an 3M468 adhesive or the label can be attached with rivets.
